because trust is earned, justice must be fair, and the law must apply equally to all.
My plan for the Sheriff’s Office:
Prioritize integrity – hire and retain honest, professional, and trustworthy deputies; ensure accountability through high standards and consistent leadership.
Improve transparency – hold regular community meetings and use social media to keep citizens informed and engaged.
Enhance traffic safety – create a dedicated traffic safety unit to address complaints and dangerous driving.
Ensure fiscal responsibility – use taxpayer dollars wisely and maintain strong core services despite declining revenues.
Strengthen partnerships – work alongside citizens, leaders, and community partners to find solutions together.
